Rutland SC Sailor and Rutland Times Sportsman of the year, Richard Stenhouse, is ISAF Musto Skiff World Champion for the second year running. This time he is not alone, Tom Wright, also from Rutland SC won the Musto Skiff Youth Worlds..

Light summer winds for the Lasers, Lightning, Streakers and Supernovas causing close competition between all those competing, with Phil Bevan (Grafham Water SC), Jonathan Pakes (Haversham), Stephen Cockerill (Stokes Bay) & Mike Gibson (Bartley SC) going on to win.
